"I am a 77 year old woman and I have a prolapsed uterus. When I was diagnosed earlier this year by my doctor, he suggested I see a pelvic floor physiotherapist. I was lucky enough to find Sarah Adamson!
Sarah worked with me for a period of about 2 1/2 months and she showed me a routine specifically designed for what works for me. Her help with kegel exercises and stretches, and help with how to go about my day using her techniques has been extremely useful. I am waiting for either a pessary or surgery to help with my prolapse, but in the meantime, Sarah has made it possible for me to carry on with my day to day life.
Thank you Sarah"

"...Sarah Adamson was excellent, one of the best therapists I've met. Knowledgable, professional, has great communication chops, has a sense of humour and a nice laugh. Doesn't take herself all that seriously, gave suggestions not orders, she's flexible. You could tell she cared. And she is just very pleasant. The program was designed well with good documents. And best of all, I already have positive results. And hope."
